Plots 2103 and 2098 are Morana’s.
On the plot 2103, there is a livable house (nr. 48) with all the installations (water, electricity, gas), and a barn west/left to the house, 1250 m2.
On the plot 2098, across the dirt road, is a land that can be built on, 608 m2.
All together is 1858 m2.
The plot 2102/2 is the main land/house (nr. 47) we are aiming to buy, with a steep southern slope. It is sold together with the plot 2099. All together, it is 628 m2. The owner is asking for 9000 euros.
This is approximately how the slopes look like, the steepness grows from east/right to west/left.
Other plots, besides the one of our interest (green tick) are also being sold. The blue question marks are cheap, the yellow is more expensive as it is a livable house. The red x is not for sale.

More zoomed in, Morana’s house is in the middle. The house we want to buy is on the left, unfortunately with “too much” vegetation to see the terrain.

And this is the “end of the hill”, very very nice when it’s well tended!

The terrain under the slope, under all the plots is pretty flat, and it would be perfect for gardening as the water can fall freely from the hill.
This is how the hill looks like while walking on it 🙂 It makes a half-circle at the end, with a square in the middle.
This is together with the house which we are buying at the moment.

And the house itself. It could be disassembled and reassembled at another place, or build the underground house and then reassemble this one back at its original spot.
